Adult Coordinator

As players make decisions and plan activities there will typically be some coordination with parents, facilitators, or other non-players. An example would be making sure there is an adult available to chaperone field trips or that parents are aware of a performance being put on by students.


  • Make sure parents are aware of important intentions from¬†set the week¬†meetings
  • Remind parents of meetings
  • Follow up with parents
  • Follow up with community members who make offerings
